annotations_dir (directory)

Directory containing CADD-SV annotation resources. This can be the output of the caddsv_get module, or a directory containing the CADD-SV annotation bundle and/or SegmentNT model files.

caddsv_annotations

config (file)

Optional YAML configuration file for CADD-SV scoring. If not provided, default scoring parameters will be used.
